Temperature range for container bags

01 Container bag raw materials

The container is a flexible plastic container with polypropylene and polyethylene resin as raw materials, with a volume of less than 3m³ and a safe load-bearing mass of less than or equal to 3 tons.

Melting point 165℃, softening at about 155℃;

The operating temperature ranges from -30°C to 140 °C.

It can resist the corrosion of acid, alkali, salt solution and a variety of organic solvents below 80℃, and can decompose under high temperature and oxidation.

Melting point 85 ℃ to 110 ℃, with excellent low temperature resistance;

polythene

The minimum operating temperature can reach -100°C to -70°C, good chemical stability, resistance to most acid and base erosion (not resistant to acids with oxidizing properties)

Container bag use temperature?

What is the temperature range of container bags made of polypropylene and polyethylene?

According to the national standard GB/T 10454-2000, the cold resistance test temperature of the container bag is -35℃.

Place the container bag in a -35℃ constant temperature box for more than 2 hours, and then fold the test product in half to 180 degrees to check whether the substrate material is damaged, cracked and other abnormal conditions.

The heat resistance test temperature is 80℃.

A load of 9.8N was applied to the test product and placed in an oven at 80℃ for 1h. Immediately after removal, the two overlapping test pieces were separated and the surface was checked for adhesion, cracks and other abnormal conditions.

According to the test standard, the container bag can be used in the environment of -35 ° C to 80 ° C, but it is not recommended for long-term use in high and low temperature environments.
